We've started our So You Think You Can Review Video Games contest/giveaway, which lets gamers write up reviews for any game they wish, submit it for display in our User Review sections, and allow PSXE readers to vote on the entries.
As outlined in the announcement article, there will be a variety of prizes for the best user reviews, in addition to seeing some of the best land on the site as official reviews. Now, we won't always be able to tell you what the potential prizes will be down the road (it all depends on what we have laying around), but we can divulge the first few that will definitely be options for those who do well with the reader poll.
Here's what we have to start-
Obviously, more stuff will arrive throughout the year, so keep submitting your reviews and see if you can grab some totally free goodies!
Are PSXE's review copies specially marked or are they the same as retail?
Some are review copies, some are retail. In this case, only Disgaea is a review copy.
Of course, it doesn't really matter because both will play in standard PS3s (don't need a debug).
It may matter to collectors, though, so I'll tell the winner which is which.

I ask because I can't do anything with those, only a resell would be of benefit 🙂
Even though I'm Canadian, can I enter and win and decline prizes? 😛
Go for it. 🙂
All for glory, eh Riku! XD
Getting your first review copy is like, one of the coolest things ever haha. After a few dozen it's still friggin awesome. Good luck to all who participate! Will have to try something like this at my sites sooner or later 🙂
I entered, but I'm not sure how well I did. I think I was ranting a bit too much on things. Oh well, it was mostly for fun anyway. ^^;
any game huh? does that include psn titles?
Sure.
Ben,
Just curious here, but what are the differences between a review copy & an actual launch version???
Review copies are just plain silver discs that come in a clear plastic case. They may or may not have Trophy information (don't remember).
That's really the only difference; the lack of commercial packaging.
Unless I can re-submit something I've already written I won't have time to enter this.
I'd like a copy of the Ridge Racer Unbounded game.
