This year's Call of Duty will be revealed on May 1, so the rumors and speculation will soon stop (thankfully).

But in the meantime, the most recent theory is that the new entry – which many assume to be Black Ops 2 – will be set in the not-too-distant future.

If you check the franchise's official site , you will find that it links you to the YouTube video below. It's kinda funny but it also focuses on a the high-tech flying quadrotor RC drone weapon, which might make an appearance in the new CoD. It's a prototype weapon that is controlled remotely and capable of firing on enemies with a mounted machine gun; an operator controls the unit with a tablet, which also gives him a bird's-eye view of the landscape.
