More great news for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning fans, as the developers continue to support the successful RPG.

EA has announced a new batch of content for the popular title from Big Huge Games:

It's the Teeth of Naros DLC and it'll hit the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on April 17. It'll be available for $9.99 and offers a whole new city, Idylla, which floats high among the clouds and provides ardent fans with no less than 20 new side quests, 5 new dungeons, and even a new race. We don't know what that race is; it's "mysterious," so we'll just have to wait and see…

As an extra bonus for all you collector freaks out there, this DLC brings a bunch of new enemies, 3 new Twists of Fate cards, 9 new armor sets, 6 shields, and 18 fresh weapons. See now, this is what you call "support." The designers definitely want to keep giving the fans reason to play for a loooong time; the Teeth of Naros is already the third robust DLC pack to arrive for the game, which launched in early February.

Couldn't be happy by this news! I am 50 hours in and have barely touched the main campaign. I am taking a break now so I can enjoy Mass Effect 3. But when I am done with ME3 I will buy Dead Kel and this and fall in love all over again. Nicely done BHG!

Wow… NINE new sets of armour and an entirely new city even?!
Had Amalur been smaller than it is I could easily have said "why couldn't they have included this in the game" but as things stands today this is just Awesome with a capital A.

As soon as I am done with ME3 (and that'll take a month or so with the speed I am progressing) it's straight back to Amalur.
But damn how I wish there was coop implemented in this game.

Very nice indeed! But my question is, are they finally going to up the level cap with this update? Kinda sick of sitting at 40…

Thank UUUUUU! For a sec I thought I was the only person feeling like that. I've been capped in the game for quite some time now. I definitely want the other 2 expansion packs (already got the first one from preorder), but I feel it is a waste killing enemies especially strong ones and your not getting experience points… Also will we somehow be able to become that new race?

The 2nd thing that is stopping me from getting the other 2 expansions is Orochi Warriors 3!!!! I only got 50 bucks left on my Playstation Credit Card and that is what I'm getting baby. Yeah Yeah!!!

Well that's good news. I kind of cracked out on the game when it came out. But then I got the patch for Skyrim and got into a grove again, I've managed to go up 5 levels in three days, lol. So when I get done with Skyrim and the a few other games that have been on the back burner I'll come back to Reckoning and get the dlc in one fell swoop.

They are going to release a whole games worth of content for this game before I ever finish the main quest at this rate. I was hoping to get to Tales of Graces F soon, but it appears that is a pipe-dream.

Too bad I'll probably never finish the game. It plays more like an action title and/or beginner RPG than an actual RPG.

I am very much a dlc skeptic and tend to think most dlc is overpriced but from your article Ben it appears that this dlc is decent value for money. I give a thumbs up to the developer and publisher.

i wish they would get to work on a sequel to this!
and this time dont make the whole world look so cartoony and cheap!
thats what spoiled the game for me, its combat is so awesome but the cheap look and feel to the game just completely spoiled it!
id actually love to see these guys do a LOTR game, i think they would do a fantastic job!
