Come on now, admit it…this is worth a laugh.

The downloadable content continues to be announced for Final Fantasy XIII-2 ; it has thus far included new characters to defeat (and possibly claim) and new costumes…yes, including bikinis. Nothin' wrong with that.

And now, something else: N7 Armor for Noel and Serah. The first screenshot of this DLC was caught by Famitsu (and later grabbed by Siliconera ), and it'll be available on March 27 in Japan for the price of 300 yen or 240 Microsoft Points. The Mass Effect armor might be deemed inappropriate by some and humorous by others; we're going to go with the latter, just because the whole ME3 thing is getting way too serious.

By the way, Final Fantasy followers were none too happy with the FFXIII-2 ending, either. I was particularly annoyed . But life somehow goes on and if I can make Noel and Serah look like Shepard, I really have no need to bother with ME3. Really, it's only the armor that's cool about ME.***

*** This should be painfully obvious sarcasm, especially considering our Mass Effect 3 review.

The sarcasm will be overlooked at least once or twice, I'm sure 😉

Oh man, as If east to west influence needed anymore encouragement… sorry, this is cool, sorta, but Im really trying to fight the value system between hemispheres off right now as NG3 is being raped. I suppose playing a game on a harder difficulty has absolutely no bearing on a critics judgement. Okay, I'll stop. Upset, I am!

It's only a tease for what's to come 😉

If you wanna play in the big leagues in a market of finite resources, you had better have a trusty firearm at your side kid =p
'Cuz it's tough to get anywhere without a gun these days.

Wow, that looks so… wrong. Do they get an Omni-tool with that costume? Because that's pretty much the only reason I'd even consider getting it for. Not that I actually would. I mean, I am not even thinking of buying XIII-2 at this point. Lots of other better games out there to spend money and time on.

I guess it's in line with that Ezio costume too. Looks kinda cool but I can't spend more money on that game.

No love for it? I sort of liked the demo. Didn't care for some of the music and the real lanky looking girl, but other than that it seemed better than FF13..(I liked FF13 btw 😉

Very little love. It's structured almost entirely around fetch quests with very little story that doesn't make practical sense or relate to the first game in any way. I think XIII was better for the strong characters and at least something approaching a Final Fantasy calibur adventure. If you're interested I think it's already quite cheap.

What World says is 100% true. It's why I did that article about me liking FFXIII-2 "for all the wrong reasons."

I really love it, but it's just not for any of the reasons I've loved FF in the past.

Check the article for more info-

bummer, well, I'll probably give it a shot sometime down the road. But not before finishing LO and ME3 and probably Deus Ex.

… Wow, just went I thought the DLC couldn't get any lowwer we get this. FF cashing in on another series. If S-E think i'm buying into cross-series content they can think again. Infact this puts me off buying any DLC at all. I still might hold out for the Lightning Episode, but that better pack a punch in the story or I'm giving up on FF's DLC completely.

It's funny, as an avid FF fan, I was worried about Final Fantasy recieving DLC, I thought I'd have to buy into it all, but so far I have found nothing appealing what so ever.

I think this kind of cross promoting is cool! Like the package from secret admirers that Shepard receives in ME3 – with Amalur-themed armour (if you played the Kingdoms Of Amalur demo).
There's plenty of outfits for LBP that's themed from other games too, for example.

Fun stuff. But… They should be free, I think. After all it's just a gimmick.

SE just lose it.The only way they gonna be the old SE is when a company like Activision start developing rpg's like the old FF so SE gonna imitate them -_-

I have no problem with having more stuff in my FF games. Especially outfits. I don't care for the nickel-and-dime nonsense, this stuff should be cheaper. But I love Final Fantasy, and XIII-2 is a good game.
