This is one of those "guess what the trademark means" games.
While everyone patiently – or not so patiently, as the case may be – waits for more Grand Theft Auto V information, Take-Two Publishing has gone and registered a couple intriguing trademarks, one of which is clearly related to Rockstar's iconic franchise.
According to NowGamer , trademarks for "GTA TV" and "Rockstar TV" have now been registered, and both fall into the "Computer game programs and software; animated motion picture films featuring entertainment…" category. Terms like "live action programs," "motion pictures," and "animation featuring entertainment" can be found in that description. Therefore, the assumption is that Rockstar will supplement the upcoming GTAV with a movie or show of some kind.
And it wouldn't be the first time, as you may remember such cross-media promotion for Assassin's Creed and Dragon Age . Of course, we don't have any official announcement from Take-Two concerning those trademarks, which means we can only speculate…but what's your speculation?
