Today, Square Enix has announced ScaryGirl , a new action/platformer based on Nathan Jurevicius' critically acclaimed graphic novel of the same name.

Developed by TikGames, the title is basically done. It'll be available on the Xbox Live Arcade on January 18 and a week later on the PlayStation Network. "ScaryGirl" was the winner of the 2009 Aurealis Award for Best Illustrated Book/Graphic Novel, and puts us in charge of an abandoned child with a tentacle arm who likes to dress as a pirate. …yeah, see?
