Downloadable Quests For Ni No Kuni

The more you can do in Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch , the happier you'll be, correct?

Beyond the scope of the game lies more adventuring: according to Siliconera , downloadable quests will extend the quest for the die-hard fans. For the time being, we'll be optimistic and say these will come to North America.

"The Red Hot Diva" will bring you to the outskirts of Decarock Mountain where you have to tame Magmaski, and "The Strongest Weapon" will ask you to visit the Doton Forest. Those are only a couple examples, as Level-5 will likely create more bonus adventures for the fans. Furthermore, the developers are going to toss up some downloadable items on the PSN, so that's even more incentive to visit the Store when you finally get your hands on Ni no Kuni early next year.

While Final Fantasy XIII-2 appears to be getting all the attention, the hardcore RPG fanatics are putting Level-5's latest at the top of their priority lists, and for good reason.

Haven't been excited for a good RPG in a long time. Definitely waiting for this game.

It sounds good, I just hope the DLC is actually worth a purchase and not just like "Go and kill this one monster because uhh he is like special and stuff and we'll give you 10 potions".

Either way this game looks AWESOME! (yes, talking in all caps is all the rage these days)

I look forward to buying this game. I still need to buy White Knight Chronicles 2. I know I should had bought it already, but I can't keep up with so many games and little time to play.

Buy it, you will like it. Just be warned, you will sink a lot of hours into it.

Do people play jrpgs for downloadable quests? I doubt it. People play jrpgs for one big epic tale of struggle and world saving, not to be "hey, over here, we've got a ten dollar sword for you."

WKC/WKC2 has 'downloadable' quests that extend gameplay beyond the story with the online multi-player questing. So, it's not unreasonable. It would depend on the game though.
