Following the outcry from disgruntled Red Dead Online players and a July patch, it seems Rockstar is trying to keep on top of things but it’s not working out so well.
The latest title patch caused quite a stir in the community as it messed up the game and caused various problematic glitches. Players don’t spawn, neither do animals, NPCs, or even freaking trains until it’s too late.
I’m loving this new patch update lol #RedDeadOnline pic.twitter.com/lErdiU5Jq5

Some are even reporting they can’t shoot properly, which is kind of important in a game like Red Dead Online. There are also overall connection issues, too.
Needless to say, this caused an outpour of fans taking to Twitter to showcase the problems and contact Rockstar’s support. Turns out, of course, it’s now aware of the problems plaguing the online mode and promises they will be fixed.
We are aware some players may currently be experiencing a range of issues as a result of yesterday's RDR2 Title Update. We are currently developing fixes to address these and will share more information as it is available. For more details please visit https://t.co/nb2Oy0CXCs
