Remember yesterday's story about how leaked copies of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End were found circulating in the UK ?
Well, there's more information on the story: According to MCV , a Sony representative has confirmed that Uncharted 4 game discs were stolen as part of a "violent assault."
"We can confirm that unfortunately some contents from a lorry transporting a variety of video game and DVD titles, including a quantity of the much anticipated Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, was stolen in the UK, during a violent assault."
Sony said they're trying to assist the police as much as they can, but no details about the attack exist, so we don't know if there were any unfortunate casualties. We also don't know exactly how many copies of the game were stolen; Sony would only say it was "a number of copies." And just to clarify, the company re-confirmed that they haven't yet shipped any Uncharted 4 units to UK retailers. This means the idea of some stores breaking the street date "is not correct" 'cuz those stores simply don't have 'em to sell.
Uncharted 4 is certainly one of the most anticipated titles of the generation thus far, but this sort of craziness typically only surrounds console launches (remember the sheer danger surrounding launch-day PS3s?). Anyway, I'm perfectly fine with waiting until May 10.

Sounds like someone watched "The Italian Job" one too many times…."You were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!".
Either way, it's really weird to say the least. If some stores broke the street date, but Sony hadn't shipped to retailers yet, sounds like a few retailers may have sold some hot property…very foolish.
The italian job ps1 game was actually good. I remember one of my old friends giving me that game as a gift.
