The latest major patch entitled, "The Gears of Change", for Square-Enix's critically acclaimed MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, is set to land on February 23.
The game known well for it's rocky start on PC and even messier release on PS3 has become a worthy title for MMORPG aficionados, with regular support from the developer and valued feedback from its fans.
The new patch will feature an ongoing addition to its main story arch, the transformation of the beginner's hall to "Stone, Sky, and Sea" – a solo challenge and practice arena for solo players, new customization options for your character, new dungeons, new primals, and more! For more information, head on over the update website !

As for us, we'd like to see future patches come up with something a little more creative. Each new patch is beautiful, no doubt, but the whole "Primals" and "grind then boss x3" routine is getting a little old.

IF you like paying 16 bucks month, then this mmorpg is for you. Hands down the best game for the buck.
The best MMORPG I've played in the past 2 years but it's all about Black Desert now.
Only $8 for us alpha testing legacy players! 😀
Have you people seen that X-Box fans are in a chaos mode and ranting on MS sites because their next exclusives are going to be released on PC too?, oh boy Sony already got this gen but now it gonna be a total massacre.
Indeed, this game is stale, updates offer nothing really new, just rehashed content.
This game needs horizontal progression in a bad way, as well as new exciting stats on gear.
Randomly generated sky dungeons was a nice touch, but lacks substance.
