The closed beta was extremely popular , which means not everyone on the wait list got in.
However, we heard the unofficial news that an open beta was coming this month, which gave those who missed out the first time renewed hope.
Well, now it's official: Ubisoft has announced the open beta for the hotly anticipated Tom Clancy's The Division . It will run between February 19 and 21 on PlayStation 4 and PC; as previously reported, Xbox One players can get in 24 hours earlier on the 18th. The developers say this new beta "will test the game systems further, and provide player feedback that will benefit the game experience at launch."
Plus, this time around, players can sample an all new story mission. And anyone who participates will receive a special in-game reward that will unlock after the full game is released. Not bad, right? The Division is set to hit store shelves on March 8 and to learn more about the factions, check out the new video below. You can also visit the game's official website .

I will be playing it briefly. The beta will help me determine if I'll buy the game.
I'm not terribly interested in this game but I'm going to give the beta a try. I've heard pretty good things about it.
Not like there is anything to buy in mars beside this .
I'm still riding that fence. Maybe another go at the beta will convince me. It's either The Division, or going for dark matter and all master cards in Black Ops 3. Can't do both.
I'm not gonna get this game simply because Xbox will get the DLC first. 🙂
Before BETA, I had no interest in buying it.
After BETA, yeah… I'm gonna buy it.
(the RPG component was the game changer)
So they're gonna give us a chance to try out the SP mode?????
