…and shocker of shocks, Call of Duty: Black Ops III was atop the list of 2015 best-sellers on PlayStation 4.
Sony published the leaders over at the PlayStation Blog , so you can feast your eyes on the best-selling PS4, PS3 and Vita titles for all of 2015. And as was the case with the physical sales tally , Black Ops III led the way for PS4. Rounding out the top 5 were Grand Theft Auto V , Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition , Star Wars Battlefront and Fallout 4 .
For PS3, Black Ops III actually came in second behind Minecraft: PlayStation 3 Edition , which was followed by GTAV, Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection and Destiny . For the Vita, Sword Art Online – Hollow Fragment took the top spot, and then came Minecraft: PlayStation Vita Edition , Gravity Rush , Freedom Wars and Soul Sacrifice Delta .
Battlefront was tops for the month of December on PS4, followed by Black Ops III (which topped the PS3 list), and Bastion owned last month for Vita. As for DLC, Destiny: The Taken King was the best-selling PS4 add-on, and the Season Pass for Black Ops III was #1 for December.
