Amplitude was decent but maybe you're looking for something totally unique in the interactive music world.
Welcome Seaven Studio's Inside My Radio , which has just been fully revealed over at the PlayStation Blog .
This "challenging, rhythm-driven adventure" from the makers of Ethan: Meteor Hunter will launch on PlayStation 4 on January 19 (and Plus members get a 20 percent discount). In this game, your actions must match the beat; if you screw up, the music dies out and nothing happens. Your character? Well, you're an electro green LED, Taek, and you're somehow trapped inside a dying boombox. To save it, you must travel through strange electronic worlds, each with their own musical style. The developers say to "picture the game as a record where every level is a different track."
Players will also be able to compose their own music, via their actions or "jam-zones" where you can pick up and tune the very best sounds. It's a wickedly interesting – and potentially addictive – premise, so check it out:

I suck at music/rhythm games & don't like side scrollers much anymore, but I love electronica music so hopefully this game will do great & then introduce a separate D/L just for their soundtrack.
And I'll buy the soundtrack on day-1
