When Bethesda started talking about the building customization options in Fallout 4 , the creative-minded were excited.
But even with those details, I doubt anybody understood just how deep and diverse the Settlement tools would actually end up being.
We're beginning to understand now, though, as die-hard fans are starting to produce Settlements in the epic RPG that remind one the dedication required for some of those amazing Minecraft creations. The latest comes from Girl Plays Game, who recently announced via Twitter that she had completed a Settlement based on the floating city of Columbia in Bioshock Infinite . Yeah, that's right. This Settlement has interiors you can explore and multi-level buildings, and it's well worth checking out.
Fallout 4 is just one of those games that hooks you and never lets go. And if you get involved with the Settlement tools, well…you may not play another game for a while .

Any info on when mods for the ps4 will (if ever) be available?
This story makes a large part of me wish mods would come to ps4 for Fallout,
but then the even larger remainder is reminded of what a miserable experience in crashing to the desktop that Skyrim became, after adding just a handful mods.
I eventually re-bought it on ps3 just so I wouldn't be tempted by mods.
