It was extremely close but in the end, CD Projekt Red has another win.
The PSX Extreme community has chosen its Game of the Year for 2015 and it's the critically acclaimed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt .
It just squeaked past the equally impressive Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain , which makes sense, because we agree they were indeed the two best games of 2015. In our recently posted Game of the Year Awards , both The Witcher 3 and MGSV each won three awards; the epic RPG got Best Character (Ciri), Best Role-Playing Game, and Game of the Year, while MGSV earned Best Music, Best Sound Effects and Best Action/Adventure Game. No other game had more than two, while many others managed to tally one.
This week, let's look ahead to 2016: Which title do you think will earn PSXE's GotY award when the year is said and done? Will it be one of the hotly anticipated PlayStation 4 exclusives like Uncharted 4: A Thief's End , No Man's Sky , or Horizon: Zero Dawn ? Will The Last Guardian actually show up and wow us all? Let us know.

Hoping for Horizon.
Uncharted 4 for me
While I doubt it will win the majority of fan votes here, or anywhere, my GOTY this year is almost certainly going to be Mirror's Edge.
I have big hopes for that one too.
Saw that coming but for me, Fallout 4 is GOTY.
No Mass Effect huh for 2016 choices…some other title it is then!
I'd be major surprised if Mass Effect showed up this year, they don't even have a screen shot yet.
I may be going out on a limb here, but for 2016, I'd like to see "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" take the GOTY.
And now that Eidos has taken the boss fights back into their own shop, I expect nothing less from this fantastic franchise.
Uncharted 4 will probably be a let down and too early in the year to win. I may cancel my pre-order on second thought.
High hopes for Horizon but without guns and with a caveman story it might not be so wonderful. We have to remember Guerrilla writes a bad story.

They have their same-old writers handling the story? You'd think after the reviews they'd get someone different.
