Sadly, as is often the case with many new massive open-world adventures, there seems to be a game-breaking bug in the recently released Fallout 4 .
Developer Bethesda has delivered some buggy products in the past and while their new action/RPG runs pretty well, this glitch is a bitch: As seen in the Bethesda forums , it relates to a settlement quest that tasks the player with heading toward Mosignor Plaza. Some players are reporting that as soon as they get there, the game just crashes. And it appears the bug is evident on all platforms.
For the time being, people are recommending that you steer clear of Mosignor Plaza, although some are saying it doesn't matter if you haven't accepted that particular settlement quest. However, I'm willing to bet that if you want to be extra careful, you're gonna wait until Bethesda says it's fixed.
On the fun side, there is a secret developer room that might brighten your day. Out of the gate, the critically acclaimed Fallout 4 is a huge success, shipping 12 million copies in just 24 hours .

Keep a good log of saves to fall back on wastelanders!
took out Jared and his Raiders. It went something like this.
Polished off a can of dog food to max out my HP on the elevator ride down. Loaded up on some stims. Knocked out some gaurds. Then tossed in a gernade through a window where Jared spoke his famous last words "GERNADE move!"
He had no where to run.
Mission complete.
That's my FO4 story for the night.

I'm always quicksaving b4 any encounter
Don't just quick save. Last night I quick saved in front of a car that was unknowingly about to explode. i had to grab one of my hard saves to get me out of the load from auto save loop. I watched myself blow up like 3x.
Tip for Bethesda games, always keep multiple save files.
I'm on save62!!!
Secret room only available on pc though.

I'm sure i completed that quest without any problems.
