Yesterday, we learned about PlayStation-exclusive content and dedicated servers.
Today, we've got gameplay.
Activision has released a brand new gameplay trailer for the anticipated Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 . This video is set to the music of Plague Vendor's "Black Sap Scriptures" and yeah, it certainly fits the atmosphere. This extended footage boasts the game's wide variety of skaters and venues, and even shows off the new park editor.
Currently in development at Robomodo, this one could make some serious waves come fall. The return of the classic Tony Hawk style will undoubtedly go over well with fans of the old-school gameplay, and we can't wait to give it a go. It's set to launch on September 29 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One; it'll come out later for PS3 and Xbox 360.
How bold of them to not only return to the original gameplay, but the original graphics as well.
This game is going back to its roots…
Are they going for the most bland looking game ever?

Ps2 version confirmed!!
Crazy isn't it. I saw Tony himself playing it on YouTube, just awful.
Lots of negativity in here. I'm actually looking forward to this, no matter how bland the graphics look. Hell, games this gen look absolutely gorgeous, yet I have yet to complete a single game in its entirety that wasn't a Indy or small downloadable title.
Why? Nothing holds me anymore. Games just aren't fun to me anymore. Every game that I bought so far has let me down in some way and just isn't memorable. Even the Witcher 3 started off great but after about 25 hours I tapped out. All this focus on ONLINE multiplayer, micro-transactions, social media and huge open-worlds is killing my gaming mood.
Gone are the days of addictive split-screen multiplayer games and the focus on gameplay. Graphics are important to me, but no where NEAR as important as the gameplay. I rarely touch my ps4 or XB1 even once or twice a week.
I'll be getting this game because my friends and I would smoke blunt after blunt playing the hell out of some Tony Hawk. I feel like I haven't had a experience like that since the ps2 days. Hopefully they have cheat codes to!
even has the same levels as before… it's like they didn't even try…
pritty hype for this game its been along time coming back from the late ps1 days and early ps2 days been waiting for another one of these for along time i'm really gunna try get this asap when it comes out.
happy gaming
