PlayStation Now Gets Pleasing Makeover, 6 July Games

Maybe PlayStation Now will be that much more appealing.

Sony has totally redesigned PS Now on PlayStation 4; the makeover has made the app more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.

The fresh UI boasts sections of games filtered by theme and the game pages are more robust, featuring longer descriptions and more images and videos. As of right now, there are over 125 PS3 games on the service and Sony is adding 6 more this month. They normally add five but to celebrate the Now overhaul, they're tossing in another title for July, and that game is the excellent Resistance 3 .

Here are the other 5 new additions:

If you haven't tried the last one yet, you really should. It's loads of addictive fun .

Something like this should've been done from the start. One shouldn't have to venture into the PS Store to get PS Now games. It should be a self-contained app like they're showing, like Netflix. Hear that PSTV?

Seems to me it's too late for the masses and PS Now. PSTV's failure basically confirms this.
This will likely remain a fringe offering to some gamers out there who don't mind playing PS3 games that look and feel worse than playing them natively on a PS3.
