If you're nearing the end of Batman: Arkham Knight , you can always spring for the downloadable content.
Warner Bros. has released a full trailer for the first expansion, A Matter of Family, which features Batgirl.
This DLC will launch on July 14 and players will be able to assume the role of Batgirl for the very first time in the Arkham series. In an interesting twist, this expansion is set at a time prior to the events of the first game, Batman: Arkham Asylum . As for gameplay, Batgirl is faster than Batman and she has different gadgets as well, and her goal is to free her father, Commissioner Gordon, who has been kidnapped by the Joker. Robin helps out, too.
This DLC is available as part of the $40 Season Pass but you can also purchase it separately starting July 21 for $7.

I'm still only about halfway thru the game, so I don't know when I'll have time for all the extra content, but I'm looking forward to it. I'll be sad when I finish Rocksteady's final venture into the Arkhamverse.
Great game indeed!!!
