This is the kind of brutal medieval action we've been missing!
Ubisoft Montreal announced their new project at E3 this week; it's called For Honor and players take to huge battlefields while siding with one of three factions: Vikings, Knights, or Samurai.
Obviously, these three sets of warriors didn't exist at the same time in human history, but this isn't about historical accuracy. As you can see in the trailers below, it's about gritty blade-and-shield combat; you move your character with the left analog stick and your weapon with the right stick. Not sure if that will work as well as I'd like but we'll see.
You can see the world premiere trailer right here, along with some multiplayer action. Looks very promising!

Best believe that those who were playing against each other have had any hours practicing for the real thing. I find it difficult to see how the multiplayer won't get boring after let's say..2 hours?
The game looks super repetitive even with the aura of newness this could bring to the gaming community, Can you say online hack n slash. I see myself bored with this quickly.
As well as Ubisoft and online have not mixed well at all since rainbow six Vegas
this looks so sick i for one am pritty keen for this game even thought the gameplay is super repetitive by the looks of things but then i think of COD and that never seems to get old so this will be fine and i could see this getting intensely competitive(MLG, jk).
happy gaming
