Many complained when they saw that debut trailer for Fallout 4 .
Some said they didn't like the "plastic-y" characters while others thought the dog just wasn't detailed enough. In general, it was accused of being somewhat underwhelming.
However, according to our recent poll results, the majority of our readers were perfectly happy with the trailer. Most said they thought the trailer was great and they can't wait to learn more about the game. A fair number said the debut video was "good but not spectacular," which is to be expected, but let's not forget all the whining about how promotional trailers haven't reflected the final product in recent years.
This week, what's your read on E3? How will the show go? Are your expectations super high or surprisingly low? Let us know.
Related Game(s): Fallout 4
That's just the breaks when you have such a massive world, the look is in keeping with the series previous entries at the very least.
I'm bummed about the state of gaming right now so I'm guessing the show will pretty much be "meh" I don't think I'll even watch.
Fallout 4 will no doubt deliver on the gameplay front like it always does, regardless of what people may think of the trailer. Gameplay is where it counts and Fallout 4 will deliver.
Regarding E3, I am leaving my expectations by the door but part of me deep down is hoping for an impressive showing. A big exclusive reveal and new info on Street Fighter V, Uncharted 4 and MGSV would be good enough for me.
As i said before though, a new trailer on The Last Guardian showing us it's still in development or a revival of Silent Hills would be the ultimate highlight imo.

Well, this years E3 will only feature new games from my two top franchises ever so how can it be anything but stellar.

I have so many games to play (not to mention still addicted to The Witcher 3) that I'm not even worried wether E3 is good or not.
All I need is MGS5 in September and Person 5 and I'm good for the year.
Edit: A Dark Souls 3 announcement would be epic.

strong evidence suggests Dark Souls 3 will be announced and shown.
If we only knew what Bethesda had in store for us when the original trailer was released.
My mind was blown last night.
