Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Will Release Before April 2016

We all know Uncharted 4: A Thief's End won't make it this year.

But that knowledge inevitably leads to the million-dollar question: When ?

Well, we still don't have a solidified date but we do know it should be on store shelves before March 31, 2016. That's because PlayStation boss Andrew House included the game on a slide during his recent Investor Day presentation for the 2015 fiscal year (as cited by GameSpot ). This falls in line with the previous "Spring 2015" estimate we'd received from developer Naughty Dog.

It's too bad that PlayStation 4 doesn't get this game for the holidays but whenever Uncharted 4 arrives, it'll be huge .

Here's hoping they can keep the bugs in control.
Even Capcom couldn't make the PS4 version of Ultra SFIV free of annoying bugs. Crapcom themselves had to cancel their own tournament for the game as a result of them.

I was playing the game last night and there was a bunch of lag, input lag and variety of issues that just made me want to punch the TV with my barefist. Thankfully I was playing Endless Battles otherwise I would have been giving away free BP and PP points.

Jeesh. It's just ridiculous when a game advertises itself to get rid of the lag from the past PS iterations and be the definitive edition of the game and yet here it is full of lag with tons of glitches.

Witcher 3 also delayed itself to fix the glitches but yet here it is with lots of glitches.

The difference is that UC is being developed solely for the PS4 and it's not open world like the witcher, so there shouldn't be a worry about bugs.

Plus ND is the most talented studio around.

Hey Temj,

Capcom didn't do the port. It was 'Other Ocean'.
It's all Sony 3rd party management's fault for the bad outsource.

The most perplexing part though, is that there was no quality control phase in the dev.

Yea, its inexcusable. It's a port of an old game. I can't even buy a port of a 20 year old arcade game, double dragon, without bugs and glitches on PS4.
I'd like a refund but that's probably impossible in light of this link I'll post below.

Sony really needs to tighten up their quality control standards.

Sony handled this like crap, like they have with a lot of things as of late.
And be sure to listen to the phone conversation

The reason Sony has handled a lot of stuff like crap is because people allow it to. Even in this comment section. The blame is being thrown at Capcom when it was Sony who handled the port of USF IV. The sales figures already say Sony doesn't have to change anything, and the lazy attitude that is obviously running through the company now only gets worse when consumers don't call out bs but rather bend over and accept it.

I'm not worried Naughty Dog has a reputation for a reason, and thats because they keep to it.

yeah it'll definately be huge when it hits no doubt about that. but when it comes out remains to be seen but if he said for the financial year 2015 then it has to be before the end of march so that puts a ceil on the release date atleast so maybe it might be like some of the other games they've done in march and it'll be in the 1st week or so like bloodbourne and infamous, that might be the case

happy gaming
