Mere hours after the release of the House of Wolves DLC for Destiny , a group of players have won the new Prison of Elders co-op arena.
If you weren't aware, Prison of Elders is a Gears of War -like mode where three players have to keep defeating increasingly difficult waves of enemies. Even Bungie said they couldn't complete it at first . As for the team that beat the challenge, Eurogamer tells us the leader was Sunshadow; he was the player who also beat Crota's End all by his lonesome…and without firing a weapon.

I tried to get back into Destiny after all this time and after a huge update it is essentially broken. No servers, dead game.
Essentially broken? No servers? Based on what? My sons and I played the game for a couple hours last night and about 45 minutes this morning without any problems.

The three of us have had a ton of fun on with this DLC since in the few short hours we have spent on it.
The new strike which is this weeks Nightfall was a complete blast. Chasing the Fallen Leader into his Ketch was pretty cool.
Just about everyone on my friends list is positive over Expansion II which is a big change from number one.

the new expansion is pretty badass, i like what it offers and its very challenging. keep it up bungie!!
The new expansion is fun, breathes new life into the game that was already fun. I've never had any trouble with servers or finding people to play with. Fun game, can be a grind but that's when i take a break and come back.
how am i not surprised this seems to happen every time one of these DLC packs come out some beats it with in the day of release seems to be the trend here.
