If you ever wanted to square off against your favorite celebrity in a video game, you love the idea of PlayStation Heroes.
The latest winner of the charitable initiative is Josh Dirk, who got to play a game of MLB 15: The Show against Los Angeles Dodger star – and this year's cover athlete for The Show – Yasiel Puig.
Dirk, a San Francisco Giants fan, managed to top Puig 2-1 in a tight contest, with comedian Al Madrigal acting as color man. Then they played a game of soccer, which Puig managed to take by the same score. It's all in good fun and it helped raise funds for The V Foundation for Cancer Research.
Also, you still have until May 19 to purchase the limited edition Koi Pond dynamic theme and register online for your chance to win a trip for two to E3, where you can play against Shuhei Yoshida and Adam Boyes. They get to pick the game, though!
Overall, 90 percent of all proceeds go to benefit charities like the USO and Make-A-Wish.

If I had a pick, I'd probably have chosen my hero to be someone funny in the MLB, like Brandon McCarthy or Brian Wilson.
Or maybe Justin Verlander… I'm sure then Kate Upton might come to watch…
