Hardline DLC Called Criminal Activity, Brings New Vehicles

We don't have every last detail just yet, but we do have some new information concerning the first round of downloadable content for Battlefield: Hardline .

As revealed by multiplayer producer Zach Mumbach during the latest Don't Revive Me Bro podcast , the first DLC pack will be called Criminal Activity and will bosat four new multiplayer maps, two of which will be set at nighttime.

The maps will be set in Florida and California and they will vary in size. Mumbach also confirmed that these fresh maps will offer "a bit more" destructibility than previous environments, and even bigger maps are just around the corner. Criminal Activity will deliver several new vehicles as well, but "no planes." Mumbach says he doesn't think it works in the "fiction of what we're doing."

If you're a Premium member, you'll be able to play this extra content two weeks before everyone else. It also won't cost you anything extra; if you aren't a member, you'll have to shell out $15 for Criminal Activity. But don't fret; the developers are considering letting non-Premium members try the DLC before they buy. You know, kinda like a demo. It's not a done deal but don't be surprised to see this option at some point in the future.
