Ben-DutkaIt' has become a gigantic IP, so here comes another one.
As revealed over at the PlayStation Blog , Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. No release date just yet but the third Play Set will arrive this winter.
Included in this new adventure are characters from the Disney, Disney Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars universes. The game will boast three Star Wars Play Sets: Twilight of the Republic set in the Episodes I-III timeline, Rise Against the Empire set during the original trilogy (Episodes IV-VI), and the third is based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The game will also boast a Play Set inspired by Disney Pixar's new film, "Inside Out," and fan-requested Disney characters like Mulan and Minnie will join Toy Box 3.0.
Plus, we'll get all-new Toy Box Expansion Games, which you can read all about through the link above. Disney Infinity successfully stole a piece of the Skylanders pie several years ago and they've never looked back.
