Developer NetherRealm Studios has released yet another gameplay trailer for the upcoming Mortal Kombat X , and this one focuses on the Briggs family.
Jackson (Jax) and his daughter Jacqueline are playable characters in the game and in this sneak peek, we get to check out their nasty Fatalities. One scene is just completely insane; it lasts for nearly a half-minute and involves Jax ripping out his opponent's ribs and using them to stab his victim in the head. That sounds quite painful, wouldn't you say? I remember Jax's Fatalities back in the day; they weren't quite so ridiculous.
Mortal Kombat X is scheduled to arrive on April 14 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One; the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions will follow later this summer.

woah woah woah…no mention of those last four characters after the trailer? Predator, Jason and im not sure who the other two are but im sure theyre pop culture characters as well
That's Tremor, a new playable character that's in Kanos' Black Dragons and Tanya from MK4.
I like that they're finally trying to progress the series again with new characters. But I am a little concerned they might have gone a little to far. Both in the number of new characters and in just how over the top and ridiculous everything is. Some of the most brutal fatalities back in the day were the simpler ones. Still looks awesome though.
