Ben-DutkaWhether PlayStation fans want to admit it or not, Sony really needs to announce something big at E3 this year.
With the delay of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End , the holiday season is looking pretty anemic exclusive-wise.
Thing is, we have't really heard much from the development teams working on exclusive software for PlayStation 4. We've heard whispers and rumors but that's about it. What happened with that supposed sci-fi RPG Guerrilla Games was working on? And weren't they supposed to have a couple new IPs in the works? What about Sony Santa Monica? Is it finally time for a brand new God of War ( Ascension didn't really count)? Sure, we get the Remastered edition of GoWIII but that's not really cutting the mustard for the new generation.
Quantic Dream's mystery project is still very much a mystery, The Last Guardian may or may not exist (despite Sony's insistent claims that it's still in development), and what about Gran Turismo 7 ? Remember when Polyphony Digital boss Kazunori Yamauchi said it wasn't more than "a year or two" off? That was a while ago. Yes, we know about No Man's Sky but aside from that, we're not seeing much for 2015, are we?
Maybe Insomniac should return to the PlayStation fold and just announce Resistance 4 already. Or perhaps Sucker Punch could give us a peek at the next inFamous , if that's indeed what they're working on. Regardless, Sony definitely needs to throw us a bone come E3. And you know, I have a feeling they might…

I dont know man. Have you seen the ending of the first Ninja Gaiden (xbox or sigma)? Voluptuous Rachel was all like "take me now" and Ryu said nothing, stoic and like, "I'm married to my sword and no one else" and then flies away in the wind like an eagle after doing some little hand jive action…

be warned it has a 2.69 GB patch.
Hopefully it's the one that shaves time off of the death screen.
can't believe some people here had hopes for a destined to be below average game like The Order and doubted the greatness of Bloodborne.
I didn't finish that game cuz it was one third as difficult as Bloodborne. Who would turn down Rachel? Ryu need to be laid. Report back on how you find the game Sensei Temjin. 🙂

Least Sony chimes in rarely for TLG meanwhile Rockstar hasn't said or shown anything since they first mentioned Agent how many years ago now 8?
Rockstar does leave it up on their website though.
If not uncharted, Sony only have Gran Turismo 7 to boost PS4 further in sales. The others will keep the PS4 interesting. Apart from naughty dog and polyphony, no other titles from these two are proven to get as much sales and attraction.
Move 2.0 and Knack 2, I guess…

God of War, GT7 and maybe a new IP or a new installment of a very old one.
Oh and that they have hired Kojima on full time to over see all things Playstation. 😉

Considering the review scores Bloodborne is receiving, hopefully a sequel. The game is killing it in the reviews, 9+ scores all over the place, good to see!
God of War 4 would be a knockout punch if it were shown.
I know man. PS4 has it's critically acclaimed exclusive… at least until Ben writes an article headlined as "Are critics over rating Bloodborne?" =p

@Temjin, Definitely don't mind a good horror title here and there. Loving the Gothic atmosphere of Bloodborne too. I just wish i could play it right now but will have to wait an extra day 😉
Like I said when people here were praising The Order, the first AAA exclusive PS4 game was going to be Bloodborne.

Sony may not need to announce it at E3, but what I want them to announce is a new Valkyria Chronicles game, and possibly a Valkyria Chronicles collection for the PS4.

OMG yes this so hard but Sega I'd doubt they'd do this.
I've been thinking that too for a while, but the Valkyria Chronicles PC port has given me a little bit of hope

With the success of the PC port there are rumours abound that we'll get a PS4 port. I'd love a collection, but I'll take anything I can get. A PS4 port with trophy's would be awesome. I'd pay full price for that just to encourage Sega to make more.

I would like to see some new ip's. But I'd also like to see a new Ratchet and Clank, and Knack 2. Those probably won't happen but I like the throwback style games with old school feel, it would be nice to see at least something Similar.
Otherwise I just want to see surprises.

2015 seems a bit bleak as far as exclusives. sony may be waiting for e3 to pull out their guns and throw all the punches
I have the unfortunate feeling that 50% of their E3 will be about Project Morpheous. While the tech is really cool (tried oculus rift at PAX), I just don't see this being a house hold item. Especially if it's going to cost in the $300 range. More likely than not more internal studios are working on projects for it.
Hopefully Sony announces a few (non-VR) surprises, but I don't see a big AAA exclusive releasing this year that we don't know about
