Well, Sledgehammer Games co-founder Michael Condrey revealed the top guns on Twitter ; here are the top 5 based on their overall KDR (Kill-to-Death Ratio):
Are these the guns you tend to use most? Or do you think the game needs some balancing? There are plenty of fans who don't like certain weapons simply because the guns feel either overpowered or underpowered; it's a continuing battle for developers to get the balancing just right.
That's the benefit of online experiences, of course. Developers can continue to refine things.

This game needs balancing, yes. Big time.
bal is what I use when I play. not played in weeks now I got bored. Plus been playing other games too.
