Developer Evolution Studios has released a brand new trailer detailing all that cool content, which will arrive via title update on March 24.
You can check out the trailer below; here's a quick look at what to expect:
— Free car: Peugeot Onyx Concept
— The Lamborghini Expansion Pack: Comes with four new cars.
— Pace-Setting Tour Pack: Includes five new trophies and 12 new tour events.
— New Replays feature: You can now save a Replay at the end of any single player event and view it later from the Replays section.
Update 1.12 will also deliver a bunch of improvements based on fan feedback. For instance, players will be able to use Twitch or Ustream to livestream their multiplayer matches, and adjustments have been made to Drift Mode. You can see the full list of refinements here .

but still not getting the plus version yet… was looking forward to that when I picked up my ps4
In the fb post, it's still in the works, but it's scary that it's not guaranteed. Problem with Evo studios, is that they don't have the ability to handle the server load, being that DC is all about connecting. It may take several more months till they're confident that it's not going to wreck it for those that bought it. This is where the Xbox shines, cause MS would be able to help with dedicated servers. Sony had only helped by the restructuring process. I don't think Sony would be willing to invest in more server capacity just for this game when psn as a whole isn't always smooth to start with.
On the contrary, dev teams like PD, with a bigger budget, are able to fund their own dedicated servers with much bigger capacity, without the need from Sony directly, financially. Sony, as a publisher mainly help with just producing, marketing, and sales. Sometimes they do help fund with developement of games if they believe in it.
I think right now they're not only just working on the server stuff, but also depending on increasing their budget to be able to expand their network infrastructure through expansion packs, dlc, and people buying the game.
But yeah. I hope the ps Plus version gets release. I'm sure it's going to be an instant million download. It needs more exposure and Sony needs it so they don't look like liars. Silly on evo to be very ambitious on an online social connected game when they don't have the ability, and then promise a free version. Smh. Sony isn't helping much either.

as cool as those cars are i can't really be bother going back to that game anymore once i finished the main tour i'd had enough of it but i'm sure some one will enjoy these cars

Game is brilliant especially with the weather. Pity I am rubbish at it and can never really get 3 stars for anything.
Stupid question… New replays? I never knew there was any replays for the races. Where are those?
