You're picking up Final Fantasy Type-0 in March, right?
If you are, you'll gain access to an anticipated Final Fantasy XV playable demo, in which you'll explore the Duscae Region.
It might seem silly to release a trailer for a demo but Square Enix has done it: In the brief video below, we catch glimpses of the narrative and characters, the areas we can explore, and perhaps one of the big beasties we'll have to face down. The developers have said the demo should last you a good 2-3 hours, depending on your adventuring style. If you're meticulous and curious, you'll want to see and do more, obviously.
And if you're really psyched, maybe you'll be buying Type-0 just so you can play the FFXV demo.
Related Game(s): Final Fantasy XV
I'm going to be getting Type-0 it looks frigging great and kind of reminds me of Crisis Core.
I want to play the demo for this to be able to say once and for all if it is an action game or an action rpg.
Game looks beautiful though.
Oh so the demo won't be released in the PS Store? That's unfortunate. I haven't seen any Type-0 videos to get an idea of what the game is like.
what rock have you been living under? >.>
The rocks that keep me busy. I am a full time employee and part time student doing my masters.
Since Square Enix has not been doing anything great in the past…9 years.. why should I spend my time watching videos they release?
If SE hasn done anything great in 9 years youve been under that rock a VERY long time Type o has indeed gotten both critical and commercial praise., its one of the best reviewed and best talked about FF game that have come out in a LLOONNGGG time.
However it was only on PSP and never released outside of Japan until now, but if you read some famitsu reviews and talk to ppl who have imported it youd seed for yourself that SE has FINALLY done something right with FF, and now on March the rest of the wold will get to see with their own eyes
Well if nothing else SE still knows how to make a console game look like it belongs on that console game. For example every game Ive seen on Ps4 so fa I ask myself "why is this exclusive and why cant this be on Ps3? I have ps3 games that look better or just as "good" as that"
I however do not ask myself that question at all looking at that FFXV trailer… THAT looks like a PS4 game
Infamous second son could not be made on PS3, neither could assassins creed unity. I can agree on a few games but not all. Evil within does not look like a ps4 game at all, late PS3 game maybe. It has to many low quality textures everywhere.
Oh but this is not just an ordinary demo… I can't wait to get a real glimpse at what Final Fantasy XV has to offer. Feeling the combat system for the first time and getting to grips with the leveling system – apparently in order to gain your level up, you have to sleep, sort of like in Elder Scrolls Oblivion.
I am buying Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, inf fact I have the Collectors Edition on pre-order, but the first thing I will be doing is playing this demo. Provided that what I have heard is correct in that it will be available initially when you receive the game(?).
Ooooooo they used the real Final Fantasy theme? Oooo tasty. Also makes me want to revisit FFXII Ivalice and be a sky pirate again.
Stop it. I'm sold already, stop it.
I loved FFXII. Lots of people don't but I do. The game world, the combat system, etc. This to me looks like it could be either a pretty good game or a highly polished oddball of a game. I hope there is a way I can change their hairstyles. and tell the gas station attendant girl to put more clothes on.
That girl is actually the new Cid… so I was shocked when I saw her shorts too haha.
You can play as a cat in FFXV.
…
No, that's Persona 5 😀
um thats was okay i don't really know aye maybe a little underwelming
happy gaming
Hmm, they're promoting a demo?
Is Square Enix losing money lately?
Cause this looks to me they're trying to sell Type-0.

why would SE need to promote a game to get ppl to buy it? Having Final Fantasy in the title alone guarantees sales just look at a final fantasy 13 13-2 and 13-3 they were all critical failures and none likes them yet they still SOLD well (hence all the sequels) so yeah SE does not need to promote or "try to sale" their Final Fantasy games, thats already guaranteed to happen
