Another fan favorite will return to the Mortal Kombat universe!
Thanks to a cover story in Games Master magazine in the UK (as cited by GameSpot ), we've learned that Kung Lao will be included in the upcoming NetherRealm title.
The dude who can use his hat as a nasty weapon will have three unique combat variations: Buzz Saw suits an aggressive style; Tempest is more defensive and is about maintaining control of the stage, and Hat Trick lets Kung Lao toss his hat, where it will hover in place until its owner calls it back.
On top of which, the developer announced the brand new Factions Mode, which lets players choose one of five factions when fighting online. Each character is home to a particular faction, so make your decision wisely!
I used to love using Kung Lao. He had the only 7-hit combo in Trilogy that I could actually pull off with relative ease (Square, X, Square, X, Circle, Circle, Triangle). 🙂

The fact that you actually remember the button sequence tell us that you actually enjoyed using Kung Lao. I am the same but with Ken in Street Fighter.
This might be a game that I get digitally just so that I can jump right in it and start playing because at times I get too lazy switching disc >_>
