What is Bethesda's next huge role-playing project?
For a while, people thought it was Fallout 4 . However, while that game might still arrive at some point, more rumors are now indicating an Elder Scrolls sequel.
According to Nuzco , a casting studio recently held auditions for voice actors to appear in a "AAA video game title." That's pretty vague but pieces of the script seem to have been leaked online; they showed up in a popular acting forum actors must pay to use (showfax.com). The script involved a hero fighting a "war in Skyrim," which definitely hints at The Elder Scrolls VI .
Previous rumors stated that the new title would be sub-titled Argonia and would center on the Argonian race. Furthermore, March 2016 is a possible launch date, which falls in line with previous Bethesda blockbusters. Guess we'll have to wait for an official announcement but right now, it certainly appears as if a new Elder Scrolls is in the works.
I would much rather see a Fallout 4 release next.
Same.
It HAS to be Fallout first, or the world as we know it has come to an end.

I purchased Skyrim and have not been able to beat it (along with Fallout 3).
The world is way too huge that most of the time I feel overwhelmed espeically since I would like to do all the side quests.
I won't be buying the next Elder Scrolls not because it's not a good game but because it's too big for me (that's what she said).
It can be hard on people who must do side quests (I'm one of em) but its best to just think of yourself as an explorer, then wander the land and do things here and there.
Fallout 3 is completable with all side quests and plenty of messing around in about 100 hours if that helps.
I was overwhelmed when I started playing Oblivion. I'm a perfectionist and also have some OCD. So when I started getting more and more side missions than I could keep up with I got overwhelmed. So I decided to take a step back and instead of continue to explore I let the side missions (the main quest typically takes a back seat until I get a good handle on the side quests) take me around the map. It's less likely to continue to accumulate more missions and more likely to stay on top of everything you are doing in these games.
Once you get going they are to enjoyable to ignore.

Fallout 4 should really be the priority here, it has been WAY too long. Hopefully this is just early beginning work with stray team members on the next Elder Scrolls because certain parts of Fallout 4 are done.
F4 NEEDS to at least get announced this year. Ya can't just leave us hangin after the giant boring desert of New Vegas.
Personally I prefer TES series over Fallout so I'd love it if this were true.
For some reason I would not mind a better port of Skyrim and Fallout 3 on the PS4. More stable and even better textures. I would be tempted to buy them. Well, when I get around to getting a PS4
Keep playing!
Maybe this means that Fallout 4 is almost ready, say end of 2015/beginning of 2016 ?That's what i hope, gimme fallout 4…c'mon Bethesda your last Fallout is from 2008!!!
I like the elder scrolls, but Fallout is what i want way more
Fallout 4 absoluely must come first! If Bethesda has the audacity to release 3 Elder Scrolls (Develop 2) before Fallout 4, then they have lost their mind and my support! Im not kidding. You have a contractual agreement to make 2 more Fallout games.
ESO tanked and yet they are still releasing it for consoles? and now this? Has Bethesda went the way of Square-Enix and totally gone mad, ignoring logic, alienating their fans, and living in a bubble?!
Bethesda, you will announce Fallout 4 this year and release it first or I GUARANTEE YOU UNEQUIVOCALLY there will be WRATH from people. You will feel the outcome from someone Bethesda if you stay this course.
I'm guessing you will by the next Fallout regardless of another Elder Scrolls comes out first or not.
I really hope the rumor is true just for the sake of pissing off all the truly whiny babies. Happy new year.
oh mean as that would be so good 2016 and i'd say nov/dec 2016 so thats just 2 years thats not so far away last year went pritty quick it will come quickly enough but and elder scrols 6 that would be awsome as would a fall out 4 don't get me wrong
happy gaming
No point in dancing around the issue. Skyrim was a buggy mess. I won't even consider a return trip…. unless Bethesda hires some competent programmers and a team of beta testers.
