If we're being honest, Resogun was the best PlayStation 4-exclusive launch title.
Now, Housemarque has some news: As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , the final expansion will be ready to go in "early 2015."
Called Resogun: Defenders , it'll retail for only $4.99 and it is included in the Season Pass. The expansion will boast two all-new game modes – Protector and Commando – along with new ships and new planets "featuring some of our most detailed artwork to date." Additionally, fans will receive a big content patch, code-named "Challengers," and it'll let you earn challenge points to increase your rank as a pilot. This is a free update for all PS4 Resogun owners.
And unsurprisingly, Defenders is playable at Sony's PlayStation Experience event this weekend in Las Vegas.
