Let's think about this for a second.
I think about it all the time because I have to magically find a way to review all these games. How many hours of entertainment do November's games deliver? It's just absurd .
There's Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and aside from the campaign, the multiplayer will offer players countless hours of fun. That's a given. Then there are two freakin' Assassin's Creed releases dropping on Tuesday, and Ubisoft has promised that both of them will be full-fledged entries. I'm guessing you could probably speed through both in 40 hours or so, but no AC fan plays the games that way. They take their time and do a lot of the extra stuff; as such, chances are good that you could spend well over 100 hours with both adventures.
The following week sees Far Cry 4 , Dragon Age: Inquisition and Grand theft Auto V for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We all know how huge GTAV is and trust me, Inquisition is pretty damn gigantic as well. Far Cry 4 will have a lengthy campaign (standard for the series) and a more robust multiplayer element than ever before, so that could easily offer another 50-100 hours right there. And we haven't even mentioned other November games like Halo: The Master Chief Collection and LittleBigPlanet 3 ; fans of those franchises will invest lots of time).
No matter what kind of gamer you are, it seems to me that November's release list is bound to provide you with an utterly ridiculous number of entertainment hours. …I guess that's not a bad thing. 😉
I plan on doing a 24 hour charity stream with the release of GTA 5. I also just pre-ordered Unity (little late, I know) and intend to play the crap out of that, so we're looking at a minimum 12 hour session on the 11th.
Then, I still have Rogue Legacy, which I've literally played for over 300 hours thus far, at least, that's what Twitch says when it comes to streaming usage. Possibly more if you count offline stuff.
So, all in all? I'd suspect that I'd end up playing a minimum of 500 hours this month, most in GTA, and a good sum in Unity.
So yeah. Hours will be consumed!
You are aware that means you play 17 hours a day on average every day? When do you sleep, eat, work or learn, take shit? Loco.
It's not my average that truly matters, it's the extra long gaming sessions. I typically only play 6-14 hours per day, depending on my mood.
Yesterday, I spent five hours in Assassin's Creed Black Flag, trying to beat it before Unity. I also played four hours of Planet Side 2.
And,before anyone asks, yes; I do have a job. However, I run my own online business, so I can literally sit on my butt all day doing practically nothing, yet still make a bit of money out of it.
So yeah, 6-14 hours average per day. Maybe 500 is pushing it a little bit, but it's not out of the question.
I could never play 6-14 hours per day. Even before I was married. Maybe in a week. When I was playing Oblivion and Fallout 3 the most I'd play in a day was maybe 5 hours. But never consecutively. I might have hit 25 hours in a week at that point.
I might have played CoD:MW more consecutively but in shorter periods. Maybe 2-3 hours here and there.
@wiiplay
You are my hero, I would love to have as many time for playing as you do, after getting married I can only play 2 or 3 hours as much per day, I have a dozen of games waiting for my time.
GTAV is the only game i will be grabbing this month. Many hours will be consumed. I hope they allow us to use our online created character in an offline free roam mode, that would be great! Other than Trevor and Lamar, i find all the other characters boring.

I doubt your request is true.
Hey y'all! Target is doing a B2G1F until Nov 15. In case anyone wants to take advantage. Unity + Rogue + MCC? Should help a little if you plan on getting everything.
See I knew this would happen. Right before inquisition comes out. Danget. Oh well Best Buy is bound to do one soon.
I literally bought CoD: AW because I know I would play it until Inquisition came out. My plan was to try and get a b2g1 on Inquisition, Unity and maybe Far Cry 4 or Shadows of Mordor. Unfortunately it won't be at target.
I wish I have money to get all the November release game, but I have to choose between little big planet 3 or far cry 4…
How many hours? A LOT of them that's for sure. And with the limited amount of time that I have for games, I can see playing AC:U and GTA5 for next 2-3 months. Yes, these titles alone.

exactly why i hate this time of year.
and really pisses me off when developers b*tch that their games did not sell well!
well, maybe, just maybe, if you did not release your game up against 100000 other games, and actually released it when nothings releasing and people are itching for a new game to play, it would not of sold so poorly!
how the ^%$# is someone suppose to choose between FC4, ACU, and GTAV?
thats like asking a parent to choose which of their kids lives and which dies.
just can't be done!
Dude, you just hate everything!!.
Also, who says you have to buy and play all of them at the same time?, you can just buy one and play it, then buy another one. Games will be there on store shelves for years, literally.
I'm going to lose my relationship after last exam on the 15th.
If this is for real, I'm telling ya it's not worth it.
That depends…is she a Gamer?
Yeah, go ahead. If she does not respect and support you a s a gamer, then she is not worth your time.
Joking aside, do what makes you happier.
However many hours I can put into Dragon Age is the answer.
I was watching a stream of Assassin's Creed Unity over the weekend. The graphics are really nice, but…
…many spots and situations where there are FRAMERATE DROPS! Make me sad. Was gonna be a day one purchase, but now I'm going to wait until they patch it. (which I'm sure they will after more people complain)
I'm personally looking forward to the PS4 version of WWE 2K15. I'll also be DLing Disney Infinity 2.0 this week since Toys R Us is so graciously having a 2-for-$24 sale.
Well, I just started playing AC Black Flag 2 weeks ago, got Advanced Warfare yesterday and planning on getting Far Cry 4 day one; also, I have to renew my PS Plus membership by the end of November.
Next couple of months will be covered with this so everything else will have to wait for the next year.
How are you finding Black Flag? I finished it way back when it first came out last year.
I think the game is great, but could have been AMAZING had they fixed a few small things in it.
One of the biggest 'glitches' I found in the game was the dynamic weather. It's so dynamic that it can be sunny, then thunder showers, then sunny again in the matter of a minute or two. LOL!
Yeah I saw that too, and it happens more often while you are at deep sea. I guess it was done to make you have some fun while sailing; I've been totally destroyed by tornadoes a couple of times.
Aside from that, is exactly what I expect from an AC game, so many things to do and lots of fun even if you are not playing the main missions.
As an AC fan, I always took my time in playing the AC games.. I always try my best in completing the extra stuff on AC games.. But since there will be 2 AC games that will be released this year, I won't have the time to play both games.. So I'll just play Unity and just pass on Rogue.. ^_^
Exactly what I'm doing as well.
And yes, I'm also a huge AC fan. =)
November is going to busy game wise, these are what I have ordered.
Lego Batman 3
Far Cry 4
GTA V
Oh and I bought minecraft a few days ago too.
so i'm not the only guy playing lego games
yeah there really is something for everyone atleast for me if i was able to buy everything i wanted i wouldn't be bored at all lots of stuff to play on ps4 alone and thats not counting my ps3, vita and 3DS theres another 3-5games there so plenty to go on
happy gaming
