Ben-DutkaDeveloper Bungie will release another Iron Banner event for Destiny before the end of the year, and it will address player concerns.
See? They're listening.
According to a new update over at Bungie's website , the upcoming Iron Banner will focus on players who are far apart in level. Said lead designer Tyson Green: "In the next Iron Banner, we will debut a much more dramatic difference between players of wide variation in Level." Furthermore, you will be discouraged from quitting a match; losing means you aern a Medallion of Iron that can be converted into a reputation gain "almost equal to a win."
Oh, and the next Iron Banner will also bring you a new Level 30 reward armor, along with more valuable bounties and alterations to the event's reputation system.

Sweeeeeeet! It's always a good thing when devs listen. Only question for me is… "before the end of the year"? .. I hope they mean that along with other features and/or events xD
of course before the end of the year. im sure theyre gonna fill november up with something and then december for dlc.
too bad they didnt do anything halloween-ish this week.
So now i don't have to hate myself quite as much to play iron banner. Lol

What about people who could care less about PVP? I have several friends who feel the same way. I have leveled to 29 and have not been in the crucible or the last iron banner event.
