Sony has launched a new live-action PlayStation 4 commercial that emphasizes "friendly competition," and shows regular ol' gamers becoming pro basketball players and action heroes.
PlayStation marketing executive Guy Longworth says the video is designed to embrace the feeling you get when playing with friends:
"There's something special about grabbing your PS4 controller, sitting down with a friend, and starting up a game. Whether side-by-side on the couch or online, there's nothing quite like getting ready for some real competitive or cooperative gaming."
The ad boasts all sorts of games, ranging from Far Cry 4 to NBA 2K15 , and it's unsurprising to see multiplatform games that might have the slight edge on Sony's next-gen console (due to extra content or something like that). At any rate, you'll probably see this commercial around for a while, so get used to it.

yeah got that right thats how its was in my day as a kid and early teens, thats how its supposeto be thats how playstation has always been and how it should always be but maybe thats just me

Now, if only we had couch multiplayer options for that last game in the advertisement… I wouldn't mind being missed from work for a couple of days xD
and the other things as i watched the minecraft ps vita video after is i like the look of that for a mobile minecraft experience which is what i thought
but the commercial looks good and should be a good tool to explain to people that playstation is for everyone in some what shape or form
