When it comes to multiplayer, some of us prefer cooperative to competitive.
Developer Sledgehammer Games has released a new gameplay trailer for the co-op mode in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare , which is great because prior to this reveal, we hadn't seen any co-op action.
It's called Exo Survival and supports up to four players. The allies will fight together to fend off waves of enemies, including intimidating mechs. Perhaps it doesn't fit the traditional definition of co-op, but at least it's another option. There will be competitive multiplayer, of course, and a campaign (for which we have high hopes), and the addition of co-op adds more flavor to the package.
Advanced Warfare will launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on November 4.

Huh. That's probably the first cool thing I've seen in this game. That could actually be fun.
Still not buying it though.
I'm not buying this game but it does look like the most interesting CoD game to me since the original Black Ops.
I might pick it up used at some point for the co op, as this looks like a lot of fun.
