Techland has announced that their open-world zombie game, Dying Light , will launch on January 27 in North America, and three days later in Europe and Asia. Those in Australia and New Zealand get it on January 28.
This is a little before the previous estimate of February 2015, so yeah, good news. It's coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC, and it's currently available to pre-order. Dropping your deposit nets you an all-new mode called "Be the Zombie," which is pretty self-explanatory. You assume the role of an extremely dangerous zombie called the Night Hunter and obviously, your goal is to kill any human players you encounter.

I want this more then Dead Island 2. Then again i was never a fan of Dead Island
really looking forward to this, i just hope they got rid of that god awful weapon degradation system!
WHOLE point of a game like this is to have fun ripping zombies limb from limb, so why the &^%$ would you make weapons break so easily, and so god dam expensive to fix!?
makes you not want to use your weapons, ie not kill zombies, which totally defeats the whole purpose of the game!
well it's good its got a date alteast hope its a good game thats still yet to be seen
