Oh come on, is anyone really surprised?
Bruce Lee never fought in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Hell, he never even fought competitively. And yet, he's the most-used fighter in the latest UFC installment from EA Sports.
EA tossed over an infographic showing off some statistics related to the game, but perhaps the most important one is this: Bruce Lee has been selected as the player's fighter of choice 3.41 million times, which is just ahead of Jon "Bones" Jones and Georges St-Pierre, both of whom have been selected 3.4 million times. The interesting part is that Lee isn't accessible unless you either A. pre-ordered the game, or B. finished the Career Mode on hard difficulty, or C. paid to access him ($2 per weight class, $6 to unlock Lee in four weight classes).
This tells me that Lee's popularity remains high, but it also tells me that a lot of people probably paid to unlock him. Guess they just couldn't resist. As for UFC , check out our review if you haven't already; they just need to fix the overly complex control, IMO.

Bruce Lee was a god. Lee also kicked Chuck Norris's ass in a "friendly" exhibition.
He was also his trainer
chuck never lost a match under his watch.
except that time in rome when he got his neck broken…
When playing online I try and use the less popular guys, or better yet, guys whose rating isn't above 90(for the most part). Guys like Dustin Poirier(featherweight and Jake Ellenberger(welterweight). Too many people look for the easy win with the powerful guys that rely too much on the number rating and not the actual skill. Kinda funny. Can't tell you how many times I've knocked out Bruce Lee. They just spam significant strikes, so counter punching is easy. As for the controls, it's a bit of a learning curve, but having played all previous UFC and other MMA games, wasn't too difficult to get into rather quickly.
Bruce Lee would never have lowered himself to UFC.
You are right Xnonsuchx. Bruce Lee fought street fights. Anything went. Knee bashing. Throat punching. Eye gouging. You name it.
Bruce fought one time no holds barred on a roof top in china!!
He started full contact exhibition matches for karati & judo championship in the 60's which is how UFC was born more or less.
No surprise we are talking about Bruce Lee hes an icon and at the other side you have the UFC roster which are a bunch of uncharismatic monkeys, the biggest draw it's a woman (Ronda) the only one with a personality in that place.

UFC is the stupidest thing…
too bad Bruce Lee doesn't play like how he would really fight. The fighting moves he has an in UFC are of some Brazilian kickboxer. Not to mention he's way too slow in UFC.epic fail EA epic fail.
