E3 2014 is coming up fast, and we wanted to know what our readers most wanted Sony to present.
Based on previous rumors, there are plenty of options. But the majority of participants said that above all else, they want to see Uncharted 4 gameplay. And admittedly, that has a good chance at blowing us all away.
At the same time, don't be surprised if Sony has a trick or two up their sleeves. And they might really wow the crowd with a presentation for The Order: 1886 or The Dark Sorcerer . If they reveal a new God of War and show off some gameplay to go along with it, or they finally confirm The Last Guardian for PS4, or Heavenly Sword 2 becomes a reality, any of that might steal the show. But for now, it's a safe bet to assume that Uncharted 4 gameplay will result in major fireworks.
This week, now that Microsoft has decided to remove Kinect as a necessity, do you think the Xbox One will stage a big comeback? Or, do you think it'll only come back in North America? Then again, maybe you think it won't matter at all, and the PlayStation 4 will maintain its current lead.
Let us know.
Meh i could care less for uncharted 4 gameplay
I kinda agree, Although Uncharted is nothing to "meh" at. I just think they'd have to really blow our socks off, not just graphically, but in gameplay to have a greater impact.
I rather only see announcements so I'd rather have guerrilla games so new game
I actually disagree, even though I personally am completely uninterested in the game it will be kinda fun to see what visuals they've been able to get out of this new hardware.

HS2 will do it for me, I'm burnt out on Uncharted. It's kind of sad to think we are entering an E3 for new consoles where nothing they can show on the screen can be a significant graphical improvement. I remember when Uncharted 2 debuted at Spike it was astonishing with all that snow.
The Xbone price and Kinect drop will bring it up in the US but other areas of the world are more intelligent.
It may actually raise sales in Canada quite a bit too because the ps4's price was raised so now the Xbone is actually 50 bucks cheaper.
While I'd be keen on Uncharted 4 gameplay and a mid-2015 release window, it wouldn't make the show for me. Something either new or surprising would, so yeah, TLG, Heavenly Sword 2, or The Order looking proper stunning would all be more exciting to me personally.
The XBO may catch the PS4 in the US, but the worldwide gap is too large to be bridged, especially if we look at what happened with the PS3. Released a year after the 360, and has now outsold it. Sony just needs to keep making the right moves.
I voted for The Last Guardian.
Still need a kinect to work certain features on the xbox one. Funny how they fail to mention that fact. Just cause you unbundled it doesn't make that crap cheaper.
I hope what I hear from ND that Uncharted will take a TLOU darker tone. Who knows though. Games grow as much as people do. You don't like it, move to Ireland.
I like that idea, Uncharted needs its Temple of Doom.
Heavenly Sword 2 is what I want to see the most although there's probably no chance it will happen. The Last Guardian is next on my list followed by Uncharted 4. Whatever happens I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
I don't think Xbox One will catch the PS4 in America, but I'm just trying to be optimistic.
Yeah I mean it's Sony's bread and butter and the fans of the series will always want to see it and are anxious to hear about it. Which is funny because Ive argued that point time and again to some who are not excited for Uncharted 4. It doesn't matter though because Sony knows the fans want it, and if it continues to sell and do well why wouldn't they continue to work on Uncharted? It's obvious ND can work on two stellar projects at once. So let em please all their fans.
That's the game I want to see the most and its also because I know for sure it'll be there so that has me more excited that say Heavenly Sword 2 which very well may not show up at E3.
If all of those games show up though that were on that poll. Wow. Just wow.
If somehow people start buying the XboxOne because it doesn't include Kinect thus lowering the price, I'd be very surprised. A Kinectless XboxOne is a lesser machine. I say that because all the reviews for the console basically talked it up and typically that was the edge over the PS4. Not to mention the huge marketing push MS has done for it, I'd be willing to bet that's part of the reason people bought the Damn thing in the first place. I'd be surprised if it benefits them at all, it might capture the small crowd that didn't want to pay $500, but it shouldn't create a huge change in sales. It will probably benefit them most in the holiday season though but what we'll see is those X boxes selling more than the Kinect versions, not necessarily selling more in general. Somehow MS will turn that into a positive though making it sound like it was some sort of grand decision. They did need to get that price lower though so….

in all honesty i wanted to choose more than one option and uncharted, GoW and the order were in the tops three in no particular order with the last guardian in there out of curiosity as well as the GG RPG cos i think that sounds like an awsome idea personally which happens to be what i voted for.
happy gaming =)
There's only one way for Sony to totally blow everyone away at this years E3, and that's to show an impressive *new* IP.
Good old Uncharted, no matter how good it looks, will not surprise anyone unless the whole concept has undergone some drastic and surprising chances. And it's just now way that's going to happen.

Or if they could show actual gameplay of the PS4 exclusive AGENT. That could fire some people up since everyone loves Rockstar.
I think your looking at things wrong. Uncharted isn't being shown to "surprise" anyone. It would be shown for much more important reasons, like getting the best gaming experience on the PS4. Of course the consumers know it's coming, they keep asking for it by purchasing it when a new one releases. It's Sony's go to game and it will in fact excite people to see it running on a PS4. You yourself saidso in your comment above. That's why it would be shown off at E3. That creates success regardless how you gage E3, because its sure to impress creating hype, creating sales.
Sure Bigrailer, I'm not saying it will be of no interest. I believe I've even said earlier that it looks like they need Uncharted after all, in response to a rather boring "leaked" list.
What I talk about is blowing the socks off the audience – and for that to happen they need to have an element of surprise.
So yeah, sure, many people will go "oooooh" at the new fantastic cinematics from Naughty Dog. No question about that. But their socks will stay safe in their shoes.

The Last Guardian gameplay would blow socks off…. *fingers hopelessly crossed*
MUST be gameplay though, none of this tech demo CGI crap!
that goes for everything though, i really dont see the point announcing a game with just this cryptic teaser trailer crap!
no sh*t sherlock ND is working on another uncharted, no sh*t sherlock $SM is working on a new GOW, what matters is what the games like so if your not ready to show the game, then whats the point of announcing it?
as for the xbox price drop, of course its going to catch up!
US it certainly will, and considering how $ony is treating their fans outside EU, and how slow they have been bringing promised features, and games, i wouldnt be surprised to see it take over everywhere!
