NBA Live 07 Soundtrack Revealed

Much like their FIFA soundtrack, surprisingly, EA Sports decided to make the Live 07 mix feature quite a bit of international artists purposely. Their reason for the decision is because of the NBA's constantly growing popularity overseas. Steve Schnur, who is EA's one and only Executive of Music and Marketing says: "Our goal was to further define the global cultural phenomenon of hip-hop–and help shape its future–via one of the hottest sports videogame franchises on the street today."

He continues to state that because the game is listed as a 2007 title release, it's imperative that the soundtrack doesn't sound dated. To do that, EA licensed songs by up and coming artists like Lupe Fiasco, as well cult favorites and legends Jurassic 5. To add to the international mix, EA has included Brazilian artist Braza, Britain's Lady Sovereign, Finland's Redrama, and Canadian Ghislain Poirier.

NBA Live 07 will hit stores next week on September 25th. Below is the game’s entire soundtrack:
