Namco-Bandai is publishing a new Saint Seiya fighter, based on the long-running anime, which has proven popular in places such as Europe and Latin America. This is based on "The Hades," the latest story arc which features more of the trademark over-the-top fighting and extravagant costumes Knights of the Zodiac has come to be known for. If you're wondering, the plot for "The Hades:"
"The story takes places as the Specters, thanks to the awakening of Hades, begin to claim back their powers after being restrained for 243 years by Athena's might. It is your destiny to do battle with the supreme commander of Hell and his armies to overcome the impending devastation."
This version of the game also features expanded battlefields which allow for more ranged attacks, counter-attacks, and so on. A tweaked Cosmo system also allows players to make full use of their special attacks and create dynamic battles where one wrong move can completely change the flow of the match.
