Aaron ThomasNPD Funworld has released the latest sales data for the United States for the
week ending April 20th. If you ever check out the Japanese sales charts, you'll
notice it's a completely different market here in the US. First off, the top
Nintendo DS game clocks in at number 12 (as opposed to several in the top 10 in
Japan), and the Xbox 360 has a strong presence in the top twenty, compared to no
presence at all in Japan. One thing that remains the same is a lack of PSP
titles. It seems no matter where you go in the world, software for the handheld
isn't selling particularly well.
