Last July, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced that work had begun on a video game based on DC Comics' Justice League franchise. Today, the company revealed more information about the game.

The game is titled Justice League: Heroes and will ship for the PS2 and PSP sometime this fall.

Seattle-based Snowblind Studios is developing the game. You may remember them as the people behind Baldur's Gate and Champions of Norrath.

Like those games, JL: Heroes will be an action-based role-playing game, where players explore various "dungeons" and gain experience and equipment for their chosen characters. Featured super heroes will include Superman, Batman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, and Zatanna.

We'll have more about Justice League: Heroes in the coming months.
