It looks like 2006 is the year of the Rockstar re-release. The company just announced today that a new version of Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition (Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix) will ship sometime this coming March.

The game will feature all of the cities, cars, and music from Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, but will also include new content, such as 24 new vehicles, a new city (Tokyo), more music, new races, and battle-oriented maps.

Furthermore, Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix won't break the bank. It will retail for $19.99 as part of the PlayStation 2 Greatest Hits program.

"We are thrilled with the response Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition received, and we wanted to be able to give something extra to the fans who have supported the series throughout the years," said Dan Houser, Rockstar Games Vice President of Creative. "We're giving them access to all-new cars, a new city and new music with Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix, along with all the speed and style that defines the series."
