In a story originally reported by the Miami Herald, and picked up by news outlets everywhere, it appears that one of the female participants in The Guy Game was only 17 years of age when she appeared in the game. Known only as Jane Doe, she has filed a lawsuit against Sony, Microsoft, the game's developer Topheavy studios and Gathering, which published the game.
If you were thinking of picking up the game before it's banned for goo – you're too late. A judge has issued a restraining order that will keep Sony, Microsoft, and other companies from selling the product.
