Electronic Arts today announced that NHL 2005 has hit stores worldwide. Online gaming will be available on the PlayStation 2 and for the first time, on the Xbox.
This year's version will feature improved passing, skating and a deeper dynasty mode. Hot on the heels of the (watched by 10 people) World Cup of Hockey, the game will feature a version of the recent tournament.
Developed by EA Canada in Vancouver, B.C., NHL 2005 is available for the PlayStation 2, Xbox,GameCube, and PC. The game is rated "E" (Everyone) by the ESRB.
