“Rally cars are engineered to go anywhere under any condition so it is aptly fitting that we bring the only official FIA World Rally video game to the PSP system; a system that was also designed to go anywhere, “said Jeff Lujan, Business Director at Namco Bandai. “Racing fans and PSP system owners will be able to practically taste the mud with the high-octane thrills provided by WRC.”
WRC offers a complete World Rally Championship season across five continents and 16 countries, including such first-time locations as the streets of Japan and the hills of Mexico. The action will take place on gravel, tarmac and snow as well.
The game inludes 30 official and fully deformable cars from manufacturers such as Ford, Subaru and Mitsubishi, as well as all 36 official WRC 2005 drivers and co-drivers.
World Rally Championship will retail for $39.99 and is rated E for Everyone by the ESRB.
