on the GameDev website is calling for experienced game designers to handle handheld versions of Spore or completely new titles within the franchise.
Spore is a game from SimCity master Will Wright which, through diffrerent styles of gameplay, tasks the user with tracking the progress of a civilization from tiny microbes to galactic dominance.
Though the job posting does mention handhelds, it does not say which ones, so it could be going to the DS, PSP, or even cell-phones.
